Why AVREN

Fewer hours on prep

Components that take over the time-consuming manual prep in your kitchen — portioned, ready to heat or plate.

We take on the part of the work that normally eats time before cooking — trimming, portioning and vacuum-packing. That covers both fish from our own curing and smoking, and sausages and smoked products from our own production. Your chef receives the product ready for final cooking or plating, and still decides how it becomes a dish.

Stable quality without a chef

Standardised components that unskilled staff can assemble the same way every time, with clear prep cards and training included.

The quality of a dish shouldn't depend on who's on shift today. A component produced by us looks and cooks the same regardless of the experience of whoever assembles it on site — and if needed, we show your team how to finish it properly. Training is part of the delivery, not a separate service.

Less food waste

Properly portioned and vacuum-packed with a long shelf life — you order what you actually use, not what you throw away.

Portioned, vacuum-packed product with a long shelf life means you're not paying for trim and not throwing out what you didn't use in time — you order to actual consumption, not to a batch size that's convenient for the supplier.

Peak-load capacity

Extra capacity when your own kitchen can't keep up — season, banquet, or conference — without hiring or overloading your own staff.

This is one-off support, not a contract — you don't commit to standing orders just to be able to bring us in for the season, a banquet, or a conference.

Menu without your own production

For cafés and bars without a full kitchen: a menu built entirely from components that only need heating or assembly.

The menu doesn't have to be smaller just because the site doesn't have a full kitchen — the whole range is built from items that only need heating or assembly, and the guest can't tell the difference.
